4.EstimatetheScopeofWorkinvolvedandprepareoffers.

6.Projectandcontractnegotiations.

Requirements:
1.Bachelordegreeoraboveinmechanicalengineeringorequivalent.
2.Minimum5yearsworkingexperiencesincement,mineralsprocessingindustryorheavymachineryindustry(IronSteel,OilandGas,Chemical),preferablyhavingundertakenprojectrelatedwork.
3.Relevantexperienceinnegotiationofcomplexcontracts.
4.FluentinEnglishspeakingandwriting.
5.MasteringcomputerskillsmainlyinMicrosoftofficeprogramssuchasWord,ExcelandProjectandhaveabilitytoreadtechnicaldrawings.
6.PreparedforextensivetravelwithinChina
