职位要求
Job Description:
1. Update and analyze sales data.
2. Update sales data on daily and weekly basis and submit to General Sales Manager and FCP team. Provide sales data analysis as request to support meetings. Analyze sales performance by sales force, distributor, product lines etc on monthly basis and send out to relating parties as decision reference.
3. Consolidate project info. From Area Sales Manager.
4. Assist Area Sales Manager to communicate with customers.
5. Assist on order process and delivery.
6. Prepare and deliver the materials per area sales manager’s requirement.
7. Archive all document for sales team.
8. Arrange the sales meeting per request.
9. Receive customers, transfer the customer’s queries to the relevant sales.
Skills and Abilities:
1. University graduate, the major is preferably with English.
2. Excellent English and local language communication skills.
3. The ability and willingness to work in a team.
4. Hands on computer experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access. SAP user experience is preferred.
5. Document management skill.
6. Understand inbound outbound business is advantage.
