职位要求

本次招聘销售职位是Base在武汉,负责陕西省的渠道销售工作的,需要经常出差,并且需要拥有土木工程或者工业与民用建筑的专业背景,有过编制施工方案工作经验,能为陕西的渠道客户提供强有力技术支持,协助客户赢得建设工程项目。
本次招聘的销售职位是base在上海并负责上海区域销售工作的,有通过渠道方式来销售防水建筑产品的销售经验的优先考虑。
职位描述:
1. Identify sales Opportunities and implement action plans 识别销售机会和执行行动计划:
Propose sales promotion strategies, initiate sales action plans on the basis of the agreed targets with Sales Manager in order to align sales strategy and achieve mid and short term business objectives. 基于共同的目标提出销售战略,与销售经理一起开展销售行动计划,使销售战略以及达到中短期业务目标。
2.Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve sales targets 计划并开展销售活动以达到销售目标:
Identify customers needs, sales opportunities to develop and conclude profitable business in the assigned accounts. 识别客户需求、销售机会以开发及签订有利润的业务.
3.Credit management信用管理
Monitor and control customer accounts receivable (outstanding/overdue) in order to minimize overdue and the risks of bad debt. To meet A/R target as per Agreed Target. 监控客户应收账款(未付/过期未付)以减少逾期未付账款以及坏账的危险。根据共同目标达到应收账款目标
4.Customer Visit Reports客户拜访报告
Prepare timely individual customer visit reports and clearly indicate customer’s needs and industrial trend. 准备及时的个人拜访客户报告并清晰的指出客户的需求及产业趋势.
5.Sales Forecast 销售预测
To ensure accuracy of sales forecast so as to minimize high inventory situation and avoid short supply due to inaccurate sales forecast. To provide forecast – by customer, by products to ensure production plants to have sufficient information and lead time for planning and inventory
确保销售预测的准确性以学最小化高库存的风险并避免由于不准确的销售预测所带来的采购短缺。提供预测--通过客户、产品来确保生产厂家有足够的信息以及时间来制定生产计划和备货。
6.Customer Visit Reports客户拜访报告
Prepare timely individual customer visit reports and clearly indicate customer’s needs and industrial trend.
准备及时的个人拜访客户报告并清晰的指出客户的需求及产业趋势
7.Monthly Sales report销售月报
Prepare Monthly sales report on Sales revenue, A/R status, customer’s needs, issues, competitors and industrial trends. 准备有关销售收入、应收账款状态、客户需求、竞争对手以及产业趋势的销售月报
8.Collect market information收集市场信息
Carry out market surveys, constantly update customer profiles, identify new potential customers in the assigned area in order to achieve a high degree of market transparency. 开展市场调研,持续更新客户资料,在分配的区域中识别新的有潜力的客户以全面了解市场
9.New Customers/business新客户/业务
To constantly develop new business/new customers for sales growth. 持续开发新的业务及客户以促进 销售增长
10.协助代理商召开城市推广会,并积极推动公司品牌在当地的宣传。
11.Implement individual customer concepts实现个人客户概念
Develop and implement individual customer oriented concepts in order to address individual customer needs and develop and maintain a steady customer.
开发并执行以单个客户为导向的概念以满足单个客户的需求并发展及维持稳定的客户
岗位要求:
1.Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial and civil construction
大学本科学历,土木工程或工业与民用建筑及相关专业
2.Preferably with 3~5 years actual design construction scheme experience in the waterproofing application
有3~5年实际试工方案设计经验者优先考虑
3.Experience with Foreign Investment Company an added advantage
有外资企业工作经验者优先考虑
4.Familiar with Microsoft
