职责/ Responsibilities:
1. 销售工业用链条
Sell the industrial Chain
2. 完成年度销售指标和回款计划 并保持良好德国总部沟通
Reach yearly sales budget and manage the payment and keep good communication with German HQ
3. 开发新客户/市场及维护现有客户/市场
Develops new customers/ markets and maintain the current customers/ markets
4. 鉴别销售机会，了解市场动态和趋势，维护良好的客户关系。
Identify new business opportunities, understand market demands and trends. Maintain good customers’ relationship
5. 管理并维护客户满意度，管理客户需求变化，确保客户需求的有效的再度开发
Increases customer satisfaction and loyalty, manage demand change, further develop customer’s demand
6. 收集、整理市场信息，为销售决策提供建议
Collects market information and feedback, provide proposals or comments for strategic decisions
任职要求/ Requirements：
1. 工程大专/ 本科学历，机械专业或金属等相关专业为佳
College/ University Degree with major in Engineering or Metal technology is preferred.
2. 工业起重设备，葫芦设备，传动设备，吊具等相关行业工作背景为佳
lifting maching or hoist machine or transmission industry working background
3. 具备团队协作精神，能承受压力并自主开展工作
Team work spirit and able to work independently under great pressure
4. 很强的学习能力和对潜在机会的判断力
Strong learning ability and clear-sighted
5. 具备熟练的英文读写说能力
Proficiency in written reading and speaking English
6. 熟练操作Excel和PowerPoint软件
Proficiency computer skills, familiar with MS project, Excel and PowerPoint
