Job Duties:
1. Provide field technical support in Cement Additives business reporting to the District Sales
Manager.

2. To interface with customers, extracting the “value/s” and translating it to a potential business.
3. Planning and conducting of field trials with Sales
4. Provide technical expertise and assistance to Sales including performing of mill audits
5. Travel regularly to customer sites and occasional travel to overseas as the need arises
6. To interface and coordinate between functions in the company 〔R&D, Technical Service, and
Sales） for the design, evaluation, and launching of new and customized products

1. Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Cement Engineering, Civil Engineering,
or Cement Technology.
2. 1-2 years technical experience in the cement or related industry i.e. cement plants, cement labs,
cement educational institutions
3. Preferably with 1-2 years actual hands-on work doing process engineering and mill operations
4. Knowledgeable on Cement Standards
5. Mature and articulate, strong interpersonal skills, ability to listen and address customers’ needs in
a proactive manner.
6. Must be self driven and able to work independently； and value being a team player
7. Must be able to communicate and write in the local language and English
8. Good organization skills, excellent time and self management is a must
9. Require good computer and presentation skills
