KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/主要职责

1. Implement and execute Imerys Umbrella EHS standards, procedures, internal audits;
2. Monitoring EHS teams at each sites,  to assist  operations  managers to set up and maintain a robust EHS management system;
3. EHS Data Reporting process (Monthly);
4. Provide regular EHS training/coaching;
5. Conduct/support risk assessments and compliance audits on contractors, customers & distributors (Periodically)
6. Prepare monthly injury or other EHS issues summary (Monthly);
7. In collaboration with Imerys group EHS AP team, participate EHS due diligence with coming new projects
8. Cooperate with Corporate EHS team for specific project needs (As needed)
9. keep smooth communication with governmental agencies such as Safety Inspection, Environmental Inspection and Occupational disease prevention
10. Participate group yearly Sustainable Development Initiative

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/岗位任职要求

a. Knowledge
Typical Education Level/教育背景：Environmental Engineering or related technical bachelor degree or above
Relevant experience, knowledge and professional qualification/相关经验专业知识职质：
Above 3 years experiences in productions, and or EHS in multinational companies; 
Experiences in operations is a must;
Experiences on implementing and enforcing EHS programs and protocols, on day to day EHS management system such as ISO 14001 is required;

Excellent English & mandarin Chinese;
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
